After the 1960's Dr. Strange was showcased in the title Marvel Premiere,
with one story-arc marking the debut of another of Strange's recurring
foes, the entity Shuma-Gorath. This story line was creatively taken over
and enhanced by the series new team of Steve Englhart/Frank Brunner. The character's adventures continued in a second ongoing series co-created by Steve Englehart and Frank Brunner, Doctor Strange: Master of the Mystic Arts, which ran for 81 issues (June 1974 – February 1987). During this period Strange also met allies Topaz and Rintrah. |
